shelby was born and raised in miami, florida. she graduated from NYU’s tisch school of the arts in 2018 with a bfa in drama.
she has been developing a midsummer night’s song, music adapted from and inspired by the works of shakespeare and chekhov. this past summer, she put a series with hudson river park and is pursuing future collaborations.
she is also a photographer who specializes in equine portraiture and weddings. while she is based in manhattan, she also has clients in florida, Kentucky, south carolina, new jersey, virginia, and upstate new york.
her most recent credits include: Awake and Sing! (Hennie, dir. Paul Schnee), Vinegar Tom (Goody/Banjo), An Enemy of the People (Petra), and Into the Woods (Cinderella).
when she’s not acting, writing music, or behind the camera , you can find her riding and working with horses or volunteering her time advocating for mental health and the lgbtqai+ community.
